The USEPA’s PFAS Regulations have been published in the Federal Register on Friday April 26, 2024.
The Effective date is June 25, 2024.
Reporting requirements have to be met by April 26, 2027.
The Compliance date for PFAS Regulations have to be meet by Public Water Systems by April 26, 2029.
*Note these are the new Federal Regulations. The NJDEP requirements may be different.
