Garden State Laboratories, Inc. is a certified independent
water, food and environmental testing laboratory. We analyze drinking water,
wastewater, sludges, biosolids, soils, solid wastes, hazardous wastes, monitoring
wells, food and dairy products for chemical, bacteriological and other microbiological
contaminants. In addition we test recreational bathing waters such as swimming
pools, whirlpools, hot tubs, lakes, and beaches for bacteria and chemicals.
We also help develop and implement HACCP plans for the food industry.
With more than six decades of involvement in these fields, Garden
State Labs would like to share our experience, expertise and valuable
insight in these branches of environmental science, food science and public
health. This site will continue to expand as a resource for those interested
in finding up-to-date and hard-to-find information relating to methodologies,
regulations and testing capabilities in these fields.
Along with our laboratory facility in Hillside,
New Jersey, we have a Jersey Shore Office in Barnegat, Ocean County, a West
Jersey Office in Glen Gardner, Hunterdon County and a new North Jersey Office
in Sparta, Sussex County. Our offices are video-linked back to our main
lab for your convenience. We also have sample
drop off locations throughout New Jersey. We maintain a fleet of field
samplers to provide you with unparalleled sample pick up service.
